These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Modulux WebEdit and the MXV2 dashboard at dashboard.projectmodulux.dev.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the dashboard.
Use of Roblox sign-in and Roblox-connected functionality is also subject to Roblox’s own platform rules, policies, and terms.
The dashboard provides tools and interfaces related to supported elevator/project management workflows, including Roblox OAuth login and authorized interaction with supported Roblox-connected data or features.
Features may be modified, limited, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use the dashboard and to connect your Roblox account.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account session and for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login access.
By authorizing the application, you permit the dashboard to access information and capabilities associated with the scopes you approve.
You should review requested permissions carefully before authorizing the app.
- Do not use the dashboard for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users.
- Do not interfere with the dashboard’s operation or security.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates Roblox rules or applicable law.
- Do not misuse authorized Roblox scopes for purposes outside the dashboard’s intended use.
You retain responsibility for the data, configurations, and other content you create, submit, modify, or store through the dashboard.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to use any data you submit through the service.
Data obtained through the dashboard, including Roblox account-linked information and user-submitted dashboard data, is intended solely for operating the service and its supported features.
This data is not intended to be shared with unrelated third parties, sold, rented, or distributed for advertising or resale purposes.
Limited disclosure may occur only where necessary for hosting, storage, security, legal compliance, or protection of the service.
The dashboard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will always meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the dashboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
You use the dashboard and authorize Roblox permissions at your own risk.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for misuse, security concerns, policy violations, legal reasons, or operational reasons.
We may also disable functionality if required to comply with Roblox policies or other applicable requirements.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the dashboard after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
